Inside of roof showing around 6 inches of insulation. The roof was very heavy at this stage, I later found out that there was a few very thick metal bars going through the insulation possibly to bolt stuff onto.It took a whole day to remove the metal and insulation from the inside.The remaining metal from the van front and sides was bonded to the fibreglass roof with very hard rubber(possibly tiger seal that I used later to seal and hold the roof together).I could only seperate this from the roof by slicing the rubber bonding with a stanley blade which took ages.
